The breakfast times are
Monday – Friday: 07 – 10 a.m.
Saturday – Sunday: 08 – 11:30 a.m.
The breakfast room is on the first floor. Please pick up your breakfast card at the reception in advance.

You will find several car rentals at the Cologne Central Station.
Cigarettes
There is a vending maschine in the basement. Smoking is not allowed in the entire hotel.
Chemist´s
In the Gürzenichstraße you can find a pharmacy. You can have your medication delivered to the hotel.
Check In
The check in time is from 15:30. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us.

We ask you to vacate your room by 12:00 o’clock. We can gladly keep your luggage after you check out.
Dogs
Dogs are always welcome. We charge a cleaning fee of 15€ per night.

A first aid kit is available at the reception.
Fires
The automatic fire alarm system in our house will inform you if a fire has broken out. Escape plans can be found on your room door or at every staircase. Please do not use the Elevator.

These are located on each floor in the corridors and stairwell.

Our fitness and wellness center is located in the Gürzenichstraße,a 2 minute walk away.

The nearest underground, bus and tram stop „Heumarkt“, which is a 3 minute walk away. The main railway station is approximately 10 minutes walking distance or with the subway line number 5.

In case you forgot something: toothbrushes, combes and razors are available at the recpetion. For other articles: there are several drugstores around the house.
Taxi
Our reception will be happy to order a taxi for you. In Cologne you can alternatively order a Uber via your own app.

Internet Access is free and available throughout the house. The access data can be obtained at the reception.
